作法
1.将肉切成长约5CM,宽为3CM薄片;蒜切段;2.炒锅内放油,七成热时下肉片煸炒至吐油;3.下豆瓣、豆豉炒香并上色再放酱油、糖炒匀,加大蒜炒断生即可。
